Our relationship has been rocky for a long time. It’s very hard for us to get along , and it’s gotten to te point where I’ve been staying in another room of the apartment we live in. Our baby is 7 months old. My wife hates Buddhism and says that when I go to meditation center that I’m just being selfish and abandoning my family. I only go 1 and sometimes 2 times a week. She is type 2 bipolar and a very negative person and very hard to get along with its not that we haven’t tried, but we always end up in the same place we started (arguing and fighting). I dont know what to do anymore. I get attached to all the negativity that she regularly puts out and give in to my own anger and then she uses that against me when I try to resolve the situation with what I’ve learned in my practice. I’ve also tried leaving the house when things get bad, and she tells me I’m just being irresponsible by not helping her with our child. Is seems no matter what I do, there is no resolution. Help!
