for a while now i have been having these weird sensation on the back of my head it originates on the sort of point where the neck meets with the head then go’s throughout half my head. i am 13 but i have this but trait i got from my mom and my grand mother to start panicking when i shouldn’t be worrying. i personally hope and don’t think it is a tumor i went over the symptoms and i doubt it is a tumor. i usually feel it when i read a book since i read a lot it doesn’t take my whole brain to concentrate on the book and i can also think about other things other then the book so i usually get all panicky at that time as well. i would like to know if you think it is a tumor i would look more into tumors and i would like to know of ways i could prevent those annoying panic attacks. so anyway if you want to know the triggers please don’t laugh but i sometimes get them and start worrying they are a tumor i worry about school work i worry that i might have cancer i also recently moved countries so i also miss my old one since i don’t like it here (i am supposed to move back to my other country next year icon smile Open Question: need some tips to dealing with my panic attacks? ). so i hope this is enough information if you want to know when they happen they usually happen when i have lots of time to think of my worries which is a lot of times usually when i am about to go to sleep so when i am lying in bed. once it happened when i was taking a test though but usually happen when i am in bed.
so i beg you to tell me ways of calming myself down like a kind of meditation even though i would rather an alternative should i also see a doctor even though i doubt it is a health condition.
