Open Question: why not channel down the chakras?
What i mean is; what could happen if i decided to focus my energy from my higher chakras and bring that energy into each chakra beneath it until i bring it down to the root chakra? I have read a lot of meditations that focus on bringing the energy up from yout root chakra all the way up to the crown chakra, but i can’t find anyone’s idea on the opposite.
Has anyone ever thought of that? Or, what do you think it would achieve?
I think i might try to focus a goal and start it in my crown chakra and work it down into my root chakra because i want it to manifest and ‘birth’ that intention into my physical reality. I think that is a primary symbolic function of the root chakra. That we bring creation into our reality through our root chakra.
Any thoughts?
