Resolved Question: Can someone help me with meditating?
Maybe out in an easy to understand guide, with a few tips. I’d really like to get into meditating, but I have no idea where to begin or what to do.

Resolved Question: Just what the hell happened to me? Very frightened?
I had a very freaky thing happen to me this morning.
It seemed almost like a dream…but I know I was awake. And I am so frightened.
I stayed the night at my boyfriend’s house last night. He got up at 3 to get in the shower and I stayed in bed. I was awake. Not tired anymore. All of a sudden I felt two weird waves of feeling over my body. I couldn’t move anything but my eyes. I know this because I tried to lift all of my limbs and was unable and I looked to the door, trying to call out to my boyfriend but my voice wouldn’t work. And then out of no where a black dog appeared, walking up to the bed next to me. He wasn’t a huge dog with red eyes, just a normal-sized black dog. And I heard myself ask it, “Oh…are you the black dog that everyone sees before they die?” And then there’s a sort of hiccup in my memory, because next thing I remember, slowly the feeling in my body started to come back, and when I jumped out of bed my boyfriend was outside smoking a cigarette (he’d just gotten in the shower when this started, remember?) I ran up to him shaking like crazy. I was so frightened. I’m still shaken up about it. What did I just experience?
Also, I am not a religious person. I don’t believe in the devil or God or any of that. But I am open to hearing anything. PLEASE, if someone has an explanation…do say something.
I forgot to add…I never had vivid dreams. Ever.
And I am a strong believer in supernatural events.

Resolved Question: Period Cramps HELP ME?
This isn’t my first period. But it’s been 5 months since my last one, and now I’m hurting so much the most I can do is lie in bed. Also, I’m on vacation in a tiny little town faaaaaar away in Germany. So I need a quick fix that isn’t expensive or requires me to move. Like is there something I should drink? Or eat? Or maybe it’s best if I curl into a ball?

Resolved Question: Can never sleep, but always tired?
I used to always sleep well, a good 9 or more hours sleep. 9 on a weekday when I had college and a little longer on weekends working around my job. Since I’ve moved to uni and the past few months I just can’t seem to sleep.
I’m shattered all the time and everyone comments on how rough I look, pale and massive bags under my eyes. I can’t wait for sleep, but then when I get to bed I toss and turn all night getting about 2-3 hours sleep max, repeating in a vicious circle. Also I’m home now for summer so I thought I’d settle back and get good nights sleep again, but I was wrong ha.
I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why this may be happening or if they’ve experienced it and found away to get a good night sleep again etc? Thanks ![]()

Resolved Question: Is anxiety disorder curable?
I’m 16 and I have anxiety disorder, I believe I have got this due to my mum being crazy. She has been putting me under a lot of stress since I could remember. She shouts for the littlest pathetic thing, She’s also very violent and like literally always shouting. I have had suicide thoughts. I’ve cut myself and burned myself before.. And no I can’t move with another family member due to different reasons.. My life is a mess, I got kicked out of school… I’d like to join the army/navy, something like the Royal marines. I’d just like to know if anxiety disorder is curable. I don’t want to be having panic attacks every few hours in basic training. Also, no I don’t want to smoke weed before I’ve tried it many times and it just makes me get a panic attack. And no I’ve tried the police and they won’t do shit. Leave me your opinions! Thanks you
